In case Dr. Heller doesn’t authorize any more therapy, Friday will be my last day.
I want to thank you for all that you have personally done for me, and all that you have done through your employees. You have chosen them very well: from the receptionists to the office staff, and on through the physical therapists. You have created a very warm and friendly environment in which to heal, and in my case much has been accomplished with a ‘minimum’ of discomfort.
